RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PLAYR, we stand behind the quality of our products while maintaining clear policies to protect product integrity, customer safety, and business operations. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through playryouth.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ALL SALES POLICY (IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and consumable products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products under any circumstances.


2. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

2.1 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email hello@playryouth.com

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)

    • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.


2.2 Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and unopened

We will correct the order at no additional cost.


2.3 Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly


3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken seals

  • Subscription renewals

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or bonus products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier


4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING ORDERS

4.1 Subscription Charges

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed

  • Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund past orders


4.2 Subscription Modifications

Customers are responsible for managing:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Shipping address

  • Payment method

Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.


5. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & FREE ITEMS

  • Discounted purchases are final

  • Promotional pricing is not retroactively applied

  • Free gifts have no cash value and are non-refundable

  • PLAYR reserves the right to substitute free items when necessary


6. SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

6.1 Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors.


6.2 Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date


7. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE

PLAYR reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds for suspicious or abusive behavior

  • Limit replacements per customer

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud


8. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

9. POLICY CHANGES

PLAYR reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date.
