Using PLAYR
How do you use CORE?
Mix 1 scoop with 8–12 oz of water once a day. Best before practice, training or school. It also works after activity to replenish electrolytes.
How do you use CLUTCH?
Take 1–2 gummies 20–30 minutes before competition, practice or high-pressure moments. Zero caffeine.
Can my child take it every day?
Yes. CORE is formulated for daily use. CLUTCH is for game days and hard sessions.
Does it taste good?
