PLAYR PRE-LAUNCH GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by PLAYR Brands, LLC. (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The PLAYR Pre-Launch Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to:

  • Legal residents of the United States

  • Individuals 18 years of age or older, or

  • Individuals ages 13–17 with permission from a parent or legal guardian

Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on January 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on January 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period, participants must complete all of the following on Instagram:

  1. Follow @playryouth

  2. Like the official Giveaway post

  3. Comment on the post with their sport and age

Bonus Entries (Optional):

  • Tag a teammate or parent in the comments

  • Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @playryouth

Limit one (1) base entry per person. Bonus entries may be earned as described above. Bonus actions do not guarantee winning.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive the PLAYR Elite Athlete Pre-Launch Kit, which includes:

  • Nike backpack

  • Beats headphones

  • StockX gift card

  • PLAYR Core Daily Performance Powder

  • PLAYR CLUTCH Game Day Gummies

  • PLAYR water bottle

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500–$700 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @playryouth. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

For winners under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian consent will be required prior to prize fulfillment.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be shipped to the verified winner after eligibility confirmation and receipt of required information. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

For winners under 18, parental or legal guardian consent will be required prior to any use of name, likeness, or content.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
